Energetic Hygiene- Protecting Your Energy
Sometimes we wonder why we feel tired or drained without knowing why and if we were to check in with ourselves, we might find it we have been picking energetically other people’s energy when we have been in their company. Physical boundaries: protect your space and time. Who gets your mornings? Your weekends? Saying “no” is a form of self-respect.

Energetic boundaries: meditate, walk in nature, look at the sky, pause, practice mindfulness. Cleanse the invisible clutter that builds from other people’s energy, so it doesn’t stick to you
Energy clearing works: It clears your auric field and resets your channel, so you are no longer tuned into the static from attachments, cords from others or outdated versions of yourself like people pleasing behaviours. You become more centered and tuned into your higher self and connected to your intuition to make grounded decisions from a sense of your own agency.
